MonoSapien – In Eigener Sache

German Electro formation MonoSapien from Cologne, Germany has released three singles previously, but thought it is now time for a ful length album to see light. It is called “In Eigener Sache” and it is available now.

MonoSapien is not gonna bring you something you have not heard before, that we can state right upfront. But, what speaks for them is their use of the synths, the band seeks to comprehend a bit with that, making it a bit more exciting to listen to these tracks. A dreamy touch is to it, but they are not holding back from a bit more vehemence. Looking at what the German lyrics bring you again will run into a bit cliché formed stories. But must be said that they are spending good time on that, rather than repeating and repeating the same which is also often seen in the genre. Going a bit deeper is setting them apart.

The project does not seem to have released a lot just yet. This album is perhaps certainly a good start for them. If they keep up what they are doing and grow on these elements that they are strong at they can become the new big thing.
