Buckcherry is a hard rock band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 1995. The band released two albums, Buckcherry (1999) and Time Bomb (2001), before dissolving in the summer of 2002. In 2005, lead vocalist Josh Todd and lead guitarist Keith Nelson reformed Buckcherry and released a new album on April 16, 2006, 15. It contained Buckcherry’s biggest crossover hits to date, “Crazy Bitch”, and their first Billboard Hot 100 top ten hit, “Sorry”. Their fourth album “Black Butterfly” was released in September 2008. Their fifth album “All Night Long” was released on August 3, 2010.
Buckcherry has always been an awesome rock band so it is not surprising that the new album is just as amazing. The music of Buckcherry is somewhere between Rock’n’Roll combined with western and saloon music as well as a little country music influence. A free spirit in sense of how we know it from Western movies and catchy riffs accompanied by great lyrics make you definitely go along. This album “All Night Long” never gets boring and you can listen to it much longer than just all night long. The music as described before combined with the singer’s voice complete the western/saloon/country image. Slow and fast tracks are put together and mixed to a great balance without an overload of slow or fast tracks during any part of the album. “I Want You” is probably the slowest and most romantic song on this album. Enjoy all twelve tracks on “All Night Long”. Buckcherry will hit Europe during the Taste Of Chaos Tour along with Disturbed and Papa Roach soon. Be sure to not miss out on this amazing event!
