Godsized started out a few years ago in Croydon since which time they’ve been almost permanently on the road. Described as the UK’s answer to Black Label Society, the four-piece have a similar drive and intensity to Zakk Wylde’s gang, with a strict attention to song detail. I have never heard of them before but that does not mean anything. Their new EP is out now and includes three brand new tracks.

The first song is called “The Phoney Tough & The Crazy Brave” and is a fast and rocking song. Great guitar riffs blast right at you accompanied by an awesome and strong voice. “So I’m Told” continues with an a little bit softer sound that reminds a little bit of Staind. The last track “Bleed On The Inside” contains some amazing rock riffs. Godsize is definitely ready to conquer Europe and hearing these three tracks I am sure they will get far. By looking at the cover you might think of metal or horror punk music, but Godsized is plain rock. With amazing arrangements and great vocals they put together a great three-track release you should definitely check out! I definitely hope to hear more of them some time soon.
