Sexydeath – Unbruja EP

The new album of Sexy Death is on its way, but not quite done yet. Since we had to wait for way too long for some new stuff of them, there is a promotional EP to the upcoming album “Unbruja” out. And I of course just had to get it to feast my curiosity and impatience.

Although the EP only includes four songs and the actual album is coming up soon I still thought it is worth writing about. Sexy Death plays Industrial music, so it sounds very electronic but is great to dance to. The vocals are more held in the background and are sometimes slightly distorted. All songs have very catchy melodies and are energetic and powerful. “A Chemical Rabbit” is very danceable and animating to dance and jump along, a very powerful song that spreads power. “Lick Out The Pain” reminds me of Blaqk Audio in a way.
My favorite on the promotional EP is “Sins So Dirty”, a slower song, the slowest of all four.
