Madonna is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. She is referred to as the “Queen of Pop” since the 1980s. Madonna is known for pushing the boundaries of songwriting in mainstream popular music and for the imagery she uses onstage and in music videos. She has frequently reinvented her music and image while maintaining autonomy within the recording industry. Although having sparked controversy, her works have been praised by music critics. This is her brand new and fourteenth album, called “Madame X”. 

“Madame X” includes fifteen songs. Madonna sings in Spanish, Portuguese and English and got quite some artists to support her on some tracks. Each song has a catchy rhythm that will pull you onto the dance floor. Withs lots of effects and samples, Madonna reinvented her style once again. While “Dark Ballet” has a ballet or even circus like melody – and sets a darker mood, songs like “Bitch I’m Loca” are strong hip hop songs that are definitely songs for the dance floor of every party. The choruses are easy to get stuck in your head. So watch out, you will not only catch yourself tapping along to the rhythms but also hum or even sing along to the choruses.
