Stahlmann is a Neue Deutsche Härte band that formed in 2008 in Göttingen, Germany. Various live shows and five studio albums have created a large fanbase not only across Germany, but across Europe. Now the band has released their sixth full length studio album, called “Kinder der Sehnsucht”.
The album comes with eleven tracks, of which the last one is a remix of “Die Besten”. “Wenn Du Gehst” features “Blue May Rose, a female artist. The songs on “Kinder der Sehnsucht” include the usual rough edges, strong riffs and hard arrangements, we know and love. Stahlmann creates music you need to listen to loud and proud. All lyrics are in German, but the music itself will let you feel the tales the singer tells. While the songs are about love and heartache, the arrangements add a male toughness to it. Dirty, reckless and yet emotional, Stahlmann is digging underneath your skin and rings in your ear until it lasts. With almost forty-five minutes, the music is taking your mind on a ride and leaves it behind spinning.
Stahlmann delivered a new album. “Kinder der Sehnsucht” is a perfect addition to their discography. You can find their signature sound on every song. Love it or leave it!
