Aiming for Enrike pleased us before with their album so looking at a brand new release made us happy and curious. “Las Napalmas” is out now.
Sure, we re going Jazzy/Electronic again, but this is one that will be of interest of many. Drummer Tobias Ornes Andersen we know of course for his work with Leprous, Ihsahn and Shining (Nor) for example. The guy has also this side in him and together with Simen Folstad Nilsen he showed the world this music also. If you want to know what to expect, well be ready for some hyperactive sound. Think a bit of the band The Algorythm. (gosh these two would be great on a tour together!) The guys are full of energy. That makes that the whole album rages on as big speedy formula one car. Fast and noisy. So much to hear and the intense waterfall of different sounds that fall over you are quite an experience. Technically top noth and giving you plenty hours of joy.
You may want to refrain from playing it in your car though, speeding is guaranteed. The whole album is a one unit and although they have nine songs on the release, it feels like it all is one big track and due to the vividness of it, you won’t mind. “Las Napalmas” is an album for those who enjoy some good technical music brought with energy. We adore it!
