Worriers is an American melodic punk collective from Brooklyn, New York. The band’s music is centered on the songwriting of the former vocalist/guitarist of The Measure (SA), Lauren Denitzio. Worriers remains Lauren’s primary band with friends Mikey Erg, Rachel Rubino, Audrey Zee Whitesides, John McClane, and Lou Hanman, among others. They have records out on Don Giovanni Records, No Idea Records and Yo-Yo Records.
This is the brand new album by Worriers. It is called “Survival Pop” and comes with twelve songs. The voice of the female singer reminds a bit of Alanis Morrisette and Linda Perry. The arrangements are catchy and will get you going along. Each song is telling a story about hope, persistence, and keep on going. “Survival Pop” is an uplifting album. Just what we need these days. The twelve songs go by in almost forty minutes and fade in with your background. Worriers is a young band. The songs about topics that everyone can relate to. It is your choice whether you let the music fade in with the background or give the album your attention. Both choices are good choices for sure.
“Survival Pop” is the brand new album of Worriers. A fresh pop rock album that you will enjoy. This is an album you can play for everyone. So check it out.
