Robin Foster is a English composer and guitarist. Previously guitarist in the band Beth (which became Moneypenny just before their split), Robin Foster started a solo career in 2006. Living in Brittany since 1997, he is progressively gaining popularity in France. Now he has a brand new solo album out which goes by the name of “Empyrean”.
This brand new release “Empyrean” comes with ten songs. Each song is calm and quiet. Almost peaceful as you listen to them. Everything seems to calm down around you as long as the music is playing. There is barely any vocals on this album. To be precise, this album includes two songs that include vocals and both are featured artists. But even then, the vocals are soft and thoughtful Each song is drawing a picture in your mind, creating a full story at whole. The album lasts for forty minutes and will not leave you untouched. The soft melodies are catchy and will get stuck in your head. And every time you think of them, you can feel the peace surrounding you again.
