Greywind is a two-piece alternative rock band from Ireland that formed in July 2014. The lineup consists of siblings Paul and Steph O’Sullivan. The Greywind story is a potent reminder that a whole new world of possibilities could be waiting just a few clicks away. Rewind a few years and an aspiring band had one option: to hit the road and get their talents in front of as many potential fans as humanly possible. By contrast, Greywind’s rise to prominence started before they’d even played a single gig. And this is their debut album “Afterthoughts”.
The album comes with ten songs and will blow your mind. You might not have heard of Greywind before, but after listening to their debut album “Afterthoughts”, you will not forget them anymore. The music is absolutely catchy. The lyrics are thoughtful and the melodies will dig deep underneath your skin. Each song is highlighted by the female vocals. The album reminds a little bit of Against The Current: Another newcomer band that just blew every listener’s mind after the first time listening through.
“Greywind” is an amazing debut album. And this is only the beginning. The siblings have just begun. With a brilliant debut milestone. Make sure to check out “Afterthoughts” and add it to your favorites. You will not regret listening to any second of it.
