At Thursday evening there was a club 3voor12 event in Utrecht. We quickly dropped by to see the Dutch act Staateinde play.
A little silly they are, the Dutchies. With an aerospace theme in there they may not be the standard bands you could see at every bar around the corner. Some hystircal Electropop comes from them and with outfit , music and themes together we could see a remarkable package if they could ever team up The Physicists and with their diversity in languages the band would have suited the Babel-tour perfectly. For a more international reference you could look into the direction of Welle:Erdball. With a lot of crowd for a weekly day the band starts the party. A diversity of catchy tunes pass by and with a sincere “Liebe Nachbarn” they introduce a new song to the audience. A short set this evening but enough to bring people to wonder.
Some more bands were going to play a bit later but due to Festival preparations we unfortunately could not make it see those.
