The Finnish formation Black Light Discipline is currently working hard on their new album. Yet, the band was doing a Finnish show right before they had to Spain for a few concerts. In Tampere as support of Turmion Kätilöt they warmed up the Klubi stage.
It will take us until at least February until “Death By a Thousand Cuts” will be brought to the world but a little bit of a preview have been given already. The band recently released the single “On Fire” which of course have been taken into the setlist. A song that fits right in line there with the other songs, the catchiness and the heaviness go hand in hand with a bit of a party mood over it. Maybe a bit more mellow here and there.
Besides the new material, the band come with the confidential songs that a we have known them from. A bit hesitating in the beginning perhaps, but full of fire at the end of their set when their biggest hits come along. The audience who massively filled up Klubi clearly enjoys seeing this band along with Turmion Kätilöt and is dancing, and jumping around. A nice show which heats up the hunger for the new material. The band will do some Spanish shows next, is Spain ready for it? |
