Another weekend has gone by and Sunday is getting short. But not without a big bang.
Betontod are rocking the Batschkapp today and move the masses. Supported by to other punk bands the evening was going to get loud.

The venue was not totally crowded, there was still enough room to move around, dance around and mosh. And everyone did. Young and old punks came together to have a blast. Toxpack is a German streetcore band formed and founded in Berlin. Their lyrics are tough and straight forward. Since 2001 they sing about what they think. And people love it. Not everyone of course, but the ones that were at the show tonight definitely did. One of their songs was dedicated to a friend that got shot years ago. A strong performance with kick ass music. The audience went wild with Toxpack on stage.

And it was going to get wilder: With the main act Betontod. Betontod (German for Concrete(Tuberous) Death) is a German punk rock group from Rheinberg, dating from the start of the 1990s. The group currently comprises Meister (vocals), Eule and Mawoj (guitars), Ado (bass), and Kralle (percussion). The group was named Extrem and later Sniffin’ Kills before taking its present name. As Betontod they rocked the night away. The audience was stoked to see the band tonight. They knew all the songs by heart, sang and shouted along, moshed and moved as they pleased. The band didn’t need to say anything. It seemed like the fans simply knew when to clap along, when to shout and when to start a circle pit. Betontod enjoyed this fact. They played old and new songs and rocked the stage as if they had never done anything else. There was a strong bond between band and audience. One not every band has with their fans. Simply amazing to see. Betontod is a must check out for punk and hard rock fans. Go check them out while they are still on tour.
