Venue: Batschkapp, Frankfurt (Germany)

The Leningrad Cowboys is a Finnish rock band famous for humorously making rock and roll covers of popular songs, exaggerated pompadour hairstyles, long, pointy shoes, often featuring a Russian military band, the Alexandrov Ensemble.
They have just released their new album and now they are on tour through Germany. Tonight the Leningrad Cowboys stopped by in Frankfurt. The Batschkapp was packed. A ver mixed audience was anxiously awaiting the Finns with their funky hair-do and outfits. The cheering was immense as they entered the stage. And the Finns had a blast from the very first second until the very last. Two hours full of amazing songs and entertainment that got everyone in the venue to go insane. Literally. People were jumping around like crazy bouncing balls, singing and shouting along to the songs, dancing and having a blast. Two hours with no second to catch a breath. The audience seemed not to need to take a breath. Leningrad Cowboys played old and new songs, known and less known songs. The band was jumping around on stage, never standing still and sweating like hell. The guys sometimes took turns in playing certain instruments. trumpet, harmonica, a fake fun bass, and more. The biggest of the crew came on stage dressed as Elvis and Mr. Klopster the lobster during the show. Simply amazing. This band is so entertaining, spreading positive vibes all along. A must see band. So go check them out.
