Itchy is a German punk rock band formed in 2001. The group consists of Sebastian Hafner, Daniel Friedl and Max Zimmer. They have released seven albums. This is their brand new album, called “Ja Als Ob”. 

Even though the band has existed for almost twenty years, this is their very first album with German lyrics. The album comes with thirteen songs. All songs have catchy rhythms and melodies. The rock music is thriving and will pull you along. All lyrics are taken out of life. Some are quite serious, some sarcastic, but all of them worth paying attention to. The choruses are easy to memorize and to sing along to. Quite some songs will get stuck in your head, whether you like it or not. 

Itchy is back with a brand new album, this time in German. The lyrics vary from political to fun. Some arrangements and melodies remind us of other songs and rhythms we might have heard before. But all in all, this brand new Itchy album is a fresh piece of music that spreads a lot of joy while listening.
