Bring Me the Horizon, often abbreviated BMTH, is an English rock band from Sheffield, South Yorkshire. Formed in 2004, the group now consists of vocalist Oliver Sykes, guitarist Lee Malia, bassist Matt Kean, drummer Matt Nicholls and keyboardist Jordan Fish. They are signed to RCA Records globally and Columbia Records exclusively in the United States. The music can be described as metalcore with a touch of electronic samples.
It has been almost four years since their last album, but now they are back. Bring Me The Horizon is here to release their brand new and sixth studio album “Amo”. The album comes with thirteen songs. Bring Me The Horizon reinvented their own sound – or evolved it. Either way, these thirteen songs sound different from what you might have expected. The songs include far more electro samples and calmer parts than we have heard in their previous releases. Each song has its own sound and spirit. The lyrics are taken out of life – the tougher moments of it.
Bring Me The Horizon is back. “Amo” is the next step in the evolution of their own sound and a new milestone for the metalcore scene. Check it out and get hooked to the fresh new sound of “Amo”.
