Amber Pacific is a band that formed in 2002 near Seattle, Washington. The band has released two studio albums: The Possibility and the Promise (2005) and Truth in Sincerity (2007), as well as four EPs: Fading Days, Acoustic Sessions, Acoustic Connect Sets, and an iTunes EP. (2004, 2006, 2008, and 2009 respectively). In addition, the band participated in the Warped Tour each year from 2004 to 2007.
This is their third album called “Virtues”. This album by Amber Pacific is awesomely catchy. It reminds of typical High School and College music like Weezer or Good Charlotte were in the beginning but also a little bit like surfer music. Strong yet emotional alternative rock music made in America. “Conviction”is a very touchy and slow song. “Shine” is more emotional than the other ones as well. This album is spreading happiness and definitely gets you moving along. Amber Pacific created a great album with “Virtues”. I hope Europe will hear a lot more of these guys soon!
