Annisokay is a German post-hardcore band from Halle, Saxony-Anhalt. The band consists of screamer Dave Grunewald, guitarists Christoph Wieczorek and Norbert Rose, as well as bassist Philipp Kretzschmar and drummer Daniel Herrmann. Former members are Torsten Schwan, Sebastian Lohrisch, Simon Sadewasser (all bass), Kay Westphal (drums) and Felix Fröhlich (vocals). This is their brand new album “Arms”.
“Arms” comes with twelve songs. The music on this album is intense. Shouted vocals take turns with sung vocals – but the clean vocals are taking the lead. The arrangements carry a dark spirit, surrounding you with night and rising fog in your imagination. Some arrangements remind of Bring Me The Horizon but Annisokay sure have their own sound. Strong and relentless the music is pushing forward and will pull you along. Each song is telling a story. Some of them are rather tragic, some of them carry a spark of hope. But each one is worth to be listened to. So take your time.
Annisokay released a brand new album. “Arms” is the name of this masterpiece. Let Annisokay take you on a journey through their music and press play. A must listen for all hardcore fans out there. Check it out now!
