In October 2009 SuperCharger released the debut album “Handgrenade Blues” through VME Voices, Music & Entertainment and it’s been going fast forward ever since. The main thing about SuperCharger is that they spend two years of playing approximately more than 50 concerts per year, before they decided that it was time to hit the studio and record their debut album Handgrenade Blues. Handgrenade Blues is the studio version of SuperCharger´s music, on which they have focused on catching some of the live action. SuperCharger’s 2010 start out with winning an award in the category “Best Debut Album of the Year 2009”, at DMeA in Copenhagen and releasing the still fresh album “Handgrenade Blues” in other European regions. So far the 2010 plan for the Danish rock & rollers is to tour, tour and tour…
…But before you go run to them touring I guess you want to know what their music sounds like. Fast ass kicking music is coming straight at you when pressing play. Awesome guitar riffs and great grooves with gorgeous oldschool elements are to be found in each song. SuperCharger includes piano, Hammond and harmonica to the pounding drums and the low tuned guitars. The vocals are smoky and harsh, the singer screams throughout the songs but also sings normal. Catchy tunes get you going along and won’t let you stop till it’s all over. When listening to this album you album you already have to rock along. You can only imagine how thriving and catchy they must be live. So run to their shows and catch them live, rock and party with these Danish rockers as long as you can and as much as you can! SuperCharger is out there now, go get them!
