The Smith Street Band is an Australian rock band from Melbourne, Victoria, in which the Smith Street of their name can be found. The band have released two EPs, “South East Facing Wall” and “Don’t Fuck with Our Dreams” — released in 2010 and 2013, respectively — and three studio albums, “No One Gets Lost Anymore”, “Sunshine and Technology” and “Throw Me in the River” —released in 2011, 2012 and 2014, respectively.
Now the band has a brand new album out. It is called “More Scared Of You Than You Are Of Me”. This album comes with twelve songs. The band sings about life as it is, with all its struggles and moments of hesitation. The melodies are quite lose, so are the vocals. It is an album to get lost in. The edgy arrangements add some punk to the rock music. “More Scared Of You Than You Are Of Me” is an album to free your mind.
