  I think Maj Karma is becoming another one of my favorite bands.
  What a great show, what great music, what a great sound. What a gorgeous band!!!

  Somehow they remind me of Nekromantix or Rezurex, but not because of their music,
  but because of their looks. Or of a German punk rock band from back in the 80s…..

  Maj Karma are four guys playing Finnish rock music that simply kicks ass, they
  have a certain style but no song sounds like another. Simply four male who don’t
  mind speaking out their mind and stepping in for it, raising their voice to
  make their opinion clear to others. Not in a violent way, more in a leadership
  kind of way. And that is probably what the crown (the band logo) stands for.

  They have seven albums and two EPs released since 1992.

  Both floors were filling up really fast and the band was getting called by
  the mass even before they were starting at midnight, as usual…
  And there they finally were. Starting out with the kicking ass song Sid ja Nancy
  Maj Karma was getting on stage and wouldn’t stand still for a second until it
  was all over, and I mean it. They really NEVER stood still. They were moving
  so quickly that you really had to be quick to catch them on camera or even keep
  an eye on them. Especially “Herra Ylppö” (the singer) was jumping
  around like a flummy.
  K. Kurittu (the bass player) had a mohawk and I was really amazed that it was
  stiff for the complete performance, since he was jumping around and banging
  his head, simply moving a hell of a lot just as bad as the singer.
  They played songs from each and every album including the latest single rukous.

  Their audience was thrilled and just forgetting everything around them, only
  focusing on their heroes for the moment: Maj Karma.
  Some guys were really moshing. Everybody was having a great time, including
  me. We all were shouting along the songs. What more can I say about the audience
  interaction?? The band was talking to the audience, the audience to the band,
  everybody had a blast and everything was perfect.
