On this Thursday night we arrived just in time for Alpha Academy, a German rock band that was founded in 2007. The Nachtleben was packed with some Alpha Academy fans but mostly with 5Bugs fans. 5Bugs fans which loved Alpha Academy as well. As Alpha Academy entered the stage, the cheering was loud. The boys rocked the stage and owned the venue big time. The songs were catchy and thriving, made you sing and move along. Alpha Academy played a great set of 40 minutes. Too bad they had to stop. The audience fell in love with Alpha Academy instantly. Hoping they will be back soon.

Now it was time for 5Bugs from Berlin. An amazing rock band from Berlin founded 10 years back, in 2001. They just released their new album called “Vora City” which they played in full tonight. The people loved the new songs. And the boys performed them perfectly well, made them sound like it was coming from CD. Amazing. The audience highly appreciated that, cheered out loudly big time after each song. In between all the new songs 5Bugs also played some older songs. Songs, to which everybody seemed to know the lyrics to as well. 5Bugs are always fun to watch perform. Their friendly ways and awesome music makes you fall in love with them instantly. Handsome guys rocking and rolling. The audience demanded an encore and they got it. Four songs the boys played for us as goodbye. Very neat. It was a wonderful evening with two amazing bands. ‘Come back soon’ is what most of us thought when going home. And I am sure they will.
