The first show of the year for the English Electronic Rock band Does It Offend You, Yeah? brought them to Rome on a feast day. The same tour will soon take them to America, where they will support Linkin Park together with Pendulum.
| Does it Offend You, Yeah? is one of those bands you surely heard couple of songs of, as they have often appeared in some video games and soundtracks. However, their fame is not only merit of those well-known songs, but of their live shows too. Quite some people were curious about that and waited for them to enter the stage even more than expected while two dj’s made their best to entertain the audience, that was way more concentrated on acclaiming DIOYY rather than listening to them. When the band finally entered the stage, the atmosphere completely changed. The first rows turned to a bunch of crazy dancers and singers . The kind of music DIOYY propose is surely one that lends to a considerable release of energy, but the band itself made its part too in order to reach it. All the members have their way of conveying the music with quite an energetic attitude, especially singer James Rushent who never stops dancing and moving from one part of the stage to the other. So did the crowd that has been into than feeling throughout the whole show, which probably lasted too less. One could say that it’s not the quantity that matters but the quality instead and I can say that tonight Does It Offend You, Yeah? made what the audience came for, an energetic and fun show, and they made it greatly. |
