Swedish rock act Greed, consisting of members from Mental Hippie Blood and Glorious Bankrobbers among others are here with a great gasoline-smelling debut album, that has all the ingredients from the Swedish Sound of new glam and wave era.
High octane gasoline filled rock n roll!!!

Eleven songs are on this new album “Burn It Down” by Greed. The music has a dirty sound on the guitars as well as on the smoky vocals. Unfortunately the songs don’t differ much from each other. Most of them sound the same, so when listening to this album you feel like hearing one song over and over again until you take a close listen to actually realize the difference between them. Maybe it is because the guitar is always distorted in the same way and plays similar riffs… “Burn It Down” is a great album to have a good time with some friends and a couple bottles of beer though. And for all fans of Swedish rock music this album is a must for their collection as well. But this is only their debut album, maybe Greed will surprise us with their next album. Until then, have fun with “Burn It Down”.
