Making a sense since 1992, Hardline transforms a bit and brings the fifth album. The international formation includes American vocalist and Italian instrumental section. Packed with 10 tracks, Shout clarifies all the traditions of “hard and heavy” golden era.

Here several worth-to-listen tunes. The current record opens with gentle “Shout”, not at the devil as possible expectation for the genre’s vast story. The core of the record is “It Owns You”, because of its drive and, sure, refrain “can you feel the madness”? Actually, I do.

Next to picking two tracks about love with different vibes. First of mentioned, “Mother Love” with soft touch of keyboards and wide crooning. The second, “Candy Love” is gazing on the first chord, and then rhythm section splashes with crying guitar, shows hard and heavy on the max volume.

“Rise Above No Fear” fits perfectly for power metal and epic strength. Kind of “raise the flag” tone and wheel spinning melody. The similar dynamic remains in “Welcome To The Thunder”, where the guitars gone wild. And the closing “Glow” illuminates a record with the piano passages.

Honestly, Hardline made a good and refreshing job. In case of hard and heavy nostalgia, listen to Shout immediately.
