Recently, Finland’s very own DAWN OF SOLACE announced its third full-length record, titled “Flames of Perdition”, which is set to be released via German powerhouse label Noble Demon. Initially scheduled for a release on November 12th, the album unfortunately had to be pushed back to January 28th due to the worldwide situation and delays in physical production. But what better way to pass the time than with a new single and video? Today, the solo-project by WOLFHEART’s Tuomas Saukkonen unveils a brand new music video for the moving track “Event Horizon” (feat. Mikko Heikkilä of Kaunis Kuolematon on vocals).
Moldovan progressive modern metal unit INFECTED RAIN recently announced the next chapter of their metamorphosis – their otherworldly fifth album, Ecdysis, out January 7, 2022 via Napalm Records. Launched to immediate acclaim upon simultaneously releasing the haunting video for first single “Postmortem Pt. 1”, Ecdysis electrifies with resonating riffs, cosmic electronics, Lena’s treasure trove of vocal abilities and intense lyrical themes ranging from depression and abandonment to embracing reality.
Norwegian doom metal pioneers FUNERAL are now premiering a new playthrough video for the song “Erindring I – Hovmod”. The track is taken from their new record ‘Praesentialis in Aeternum’, which will be released via Season of Mist on December 10, 2021.
As if hatched from the darkened corners of human nature, “Eksortsist” aggressively proves that the band definitely has not drifted off into the pandemia’s miserable coma sleep. The song is released under Inverse Records. “Eksortsist” was recorded at Heliala studio by Janek Kivi. The video was directed by Eero Soomere and shot by Erlend Štaub. Editing and colouring were done by Rasmus Tauk and Laur Lindmäe.
The brand new English version of the much acclaimed Revolt album will be the first Dymytry album featuring the new and additional singer Alen „A.L.“ Ljubic. Dymytry will continue to work with vocalist Protheus in the Czech Republic and with Alen on the international market, especially since the band think highly of both frontmen.
