The Norwegian Black Metal Anteres Predator is formed 1994. They went under the name of Wolf 327 first, but never released much music until anno 2010 when suddenly the full length “Twilight of The Apocalypse” sees light.
Band members of this band have been seen in various other known names like Keep of Kalessin, Scariot and Belphegor. So no surprise to hear a certain quality here. Well structured songs, fast drums and vocal wise there is nothing to complain about either. The band is technically pleasant to listen to, but the major problem with “Twilight of The Apocalypse” is mainly the fact that is not original, nothing new under the sun. The band places themselves in the list with various similar bands and there for does not stick in mind at all. Listening to this album is nothing to complain about if you like the technical side of the music, the fast and tight riffs that pick you, but when it comes to the creative side there is not much that takes my attention and let me remember this band and this album. That is a shame, a shame for a band that can write good music, music that deserves to be remembered.
