This time I went to Birmingham to see Dope Stars Inc from Italy. They played in a little club there called Eddie’s. It wasn’t too crowded but was still filling up a bit during the two opening acts. Most of the audience was dressed in gothic clothes.

A little late the five Italians began playing on stage. The British audience was cheering out loud, singing and dancing along. Everybody was squishing forward. Those who stood back a bit were dancing in the room they had. Dope Stars had fun performing on stage. The feedback from the fans was very positive and everybody here seemed to enjoy the show. The electro sounds filled up the venue. Animating were the beats and the fans moved around just as much as the boys moved around on stage. As Dope Stars Inc. played their hits the audience was cheering even more. The band talked a bit to the audience but they only cheered as reply. The atmosphere in the club was very familiar and most of the people there seemed to know each other. The light was dim and flashing terribly. There was some fog as well. The show lasted for about an hour plus encore. It was a great show and I’m glad I got to see this one in Birmingham.
