The complete<br \/>\nband was there to answer our questions.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Tell us, who are Hollow heart?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Teemu: \u201cMy name is Teemu, I play bass and I also write lyrics.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Vili: \u201cI am Ville. I play guitar\u2026 leadguitar I guess\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Ville : \u201cIm \u2026 and I play drums and I write lyrics.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Miikka: \u201cI am Miikka, I play guitar and I sing\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Anna: \u201cI am Anna and I play keyboard.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; How did the band started, and how is your journey in music so far?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Teemu: \u201cWe started back in 2003. We were all friends before the band.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; What does your music represent? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Vili: \u201cIt is melochonic rock music.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Teemu: \u201cThere is some sadness included\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Ville: \u201cIn my lyrics there is a lot of my life and some of those lives.<br \/>\n\u00a0 It\u2019s typical Finnish melancholic rock music.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 <strong>&#8211; When we want to get know you, we want to know more about your personality. If\u00a0you would be an animal, what animal would you be, and why do you think this\u00a0animal matches your personality? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Vili: *points to Miikka* \u201cyou would be a kangaroo!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Teemu: \u201cI am a shark\u2026 King of sea!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Vili: \u201cI am a cat!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Anna: \u201cI wanted to say cat.. but Vili stole it from me\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>-You don\u2019t want to live in the cat\u2019s house with him? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Anna: \u201cwell\u2026 uhm&#8230;.. I would say Butterfly! Because I don\u2019t take<br \/>\n\u00a0 things to seriously. &#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 <strong>&#8211; What do you want to tell your listeners by your songs?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Ville: \u201cwell, it is cool if someone can pick something up from the lyrics,<br \/>\n\u00a0 but there is no straight message in it. It\u2019s more about emotions we create.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; What do you think the lyrics mean to your fans. How important are they for them?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Teemu: \u201cFor the hardcore fans it might be important. Most of the people<br \/>\n\u00a0 don\u2019t think of it as an important issue in the music. The lyrics are kind<br \/>\n\u00a0 of important to us. If someone else likes it.. That is bonus!\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; You have released 5 singles so far. City of angels will be next. Are you working\u00a0on an album?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Vili: \u201cNo.. Not yet. May be next year, if it is possible. It is quite expensive<br \/>\n\u00a0 to record a cd by yourself.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Anna: \u201cWe will see.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Can you tell us a little bit about the song City of Angels? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Teemu: \u201cVille wrote the lyrics for that one.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Ville: \u201cIt is based on The Crow part 2. The lyrics are about waiting on<br \/>\n\u00a0 someone you love and he\/she is somewhere else.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Anna: \u201cIt\u2019s basically a love song\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Ville: \u201cYes it is.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; What are the differences with the other singles?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Ville: \u201c The lyrics are more straightforward.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Anna: \u201cIt is a little bit easier for the listener to get the point.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; What did you expect from the gig tonight in Tampere Talo? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Teemu: \u201cIt was one of our best gigs, but I was a little disappointed\u2026<br \/>\n\u00a0 I expected a full house. It does not change anything on our playing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Do you think it is difficult for new bands to stand out between big names as<br \/>\n\u00a0 HIM, The rasmus and International acts?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Vili: \u201cThere are a lot of good Finnish bands. On some day we will be bigger<br \/>\n\u00a0 then them. Maybe tomorrow.. Maybe next year.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; How do you define the word \u201csuccess\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Vili: \u201cProbably for all of us different, But for me\u2026 success is when<br \/>\n\u00a0 I can make a living out of my music. We need success to get there.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Teemu: \u201cI think we are never satisfied, we are all very ambitious.\u201d<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Anna: \u201cwe should never be satisfied.
