From London, UK the glam rock artist Steevi Jaimz let\u2019s himself be heard. He have been known from several bands and projects while the glam scene was hot and alive. Anno the year 2009, the glam gets more relevant again and Steevi Jaimz releases his solo album \u201cMy Private Hell\u201d.

\nProduced by Chris Laney and Anders Ringman in Sweden, the cr\u00e8me de la cr\u00e8me country of glam nowadays, there is a certain style to expect. From bands that came before Steevi, name Crashdiet for example, there is this specific sound where guitars are dirty and filthy and a certain portion of sex is included. \u201cMy Private Hell\u201d is not really that sort of album. The guitars appear more clean and polished that hoped for. Steevi\u2019s vocals are not as raw as the stereotype sound. It is to say that the vocals that Steevi brings might be safer in a live situation, making it a probably more steady and balanced sound when heard live.
\nTaking the lyrics literally brings you a story of glory at one side. Steevi Jaimz is still alive and kicking back more than ever, while at the other side the lyrics go more into emotions and thrills. There might be a black undertone to hear in the words, but in the end that is still up to everyone\u2019s interpretation.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t expect to hear a new pearl like your favorite 80\u2019s band would have made it, cause then you will be disappointed. Catchiness is all over here, but Steevi sticks to his own interpretation and that speaks for him. A man with attitude, balls and determination and you can hear that back in his album. If you are ready to try something that does a slight step away from the clich\u00e9, \u201cMy Private Hell\u201d is your thing.<\/p>\n\n\n
