Destroy Destroy Destroy is a heavy metal band from the USA. After releasing their debut album in 2006 it is now time for the next album called \u201cBattle Sluts\u201d.
\n
\nThe band does have a mix of styles in their sound, a lot of songs tend to be quite orchestral. Also, a lot of keyboards come with them. It can be seen as power metal with raw, harsh vocals. The opening of the album is completely instrumental. It might come over as a victorious, powerful winners song. That brings the title \u201cBattle Sluts\u201d into perspective right away. In general the band picked melodic parts and recognizable melodies as face for their sound. It is catchy, easy to pick up. This does not mean the brutality is completely lost, but maybe brought back just a slightly bit. At some points there are also some folk influences hearable, but the band stayed far enough from that to avoid them falling into the trend of bands that seem to popup in the last couple of years. Vocalwise, Brian Kemp uses a style touching the black metal style. Yet, he kept it understandable so people could pick up the songs and sing them along.<\/p>\n

The album as a total keeps a certain level of humor which you best discover yourself and why wouldn\u2019t you? Destroy Destroy Destroy brought an album that is unique enough for giving it a try, an album that is refreshing enough for claiming a spot in your music collection.<\/p>\n
