\u00a0 Five days after the single release of \u201eDo It All\u201c I saw Stanfour live
\n\u00a0 at Living XXL in Frankfurt, a fancy dance club reminding of Kaivohuone in Helsinki,
\n\u00a0 doing a short but really great acoustic set of four songs. Afterwards I was
\n\u00a0 talking to the guys for a little bit and got the single signed as well. I don\u2019t
\n\u00a0 know why I never wrote anything about that, not even in my Mypace blogs where
\n\u00a0 I usually write about everything. Maybe it got lost in all the chaos of that
\n\u00a0 day or maybe it just drowned in my to-do pile… Their second single got released
\n\u00a0 in the middle of December last year, and since February 29th their debut album
\n\u00a0 is finally out. <\/p>\n

\u00a0 Stanfour is a German rock band. It might seem like they would be one of those
\n\u00a0 casted bands pushed by a major label, but they are not! They are a \u201cself-made\u201d
\n\u00a0 band who worked hard to get to where they\u2019re at now, and they will go much
\n\u00a0 farther. Their debut album \u201cWild Life\u201d was recorded in LA and Stockholm,
\n\u00a0 and of course in their hometown F\u00f6hr.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 The album starts out with the latest single \u201cFor All Lovers\u201d, are
\n\u00a0 very deep song, but in my opinion all their songs go quite deep and are also
\n\u00a0 quite personal. Most songs are very rocking and very catchy songs with a sound
\n\u00a0 that makes you rather think of an US band than a German band. \u201cIn Your
\n\u00a0 Arms\u201d is a slow and sad song, it reflects the vocal range of the singer
\n\u00a0 quite well. A really great song. Some of the faster and more rocking songs are
\n\u00a0 for example \u201cWild Life\u201d, \u201cHeart Skipped A Beat\u201d and \u201cDo
\n\u00a0 It All\u201d. \u201cI Will Be There\u201d is a very slow and also very emotional
\n\u00a0 song, also the last song of the album which leaves the listener behind with
\n\u00a0 a deep sigh. A great album that leaves its traces in your mind and you will
\n\u00a0 sing the songs without listening to the album anywhere else. Stanfour is a great
\n\u00a0 band and we will hear a lot of them in the future, that is guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
