Leichtmatrose is a solo projekt of Andreas Stitz founded in 2004. They lyrics are in German and this is his first release. The music sounds like Joachim Witt or Wolfsheim.

\nThe music is very electronic, dreamy and melodic. The lyrics are deep and sometimes you have to listen to it twice \u2013 or even more times \u2013 to get an idea of one deeper meaning of a song. Some lyrics are even quite tragic, others just sad. The first song starts out quite thought inspiring when it says \u201creplace your heart with a stone, it will only hurt once and then nevermore\u201d or the second song about lies. \u201cDer Mond Tr\u00e4gt Ein Trauriges Gesicht\u201d (the moon carries a sad face) is a very sad song as well.
\nThe album is very interesting and there is a lot to find in each song. Andreas Stitz did not save on creativity. You can find all lyrics in the booklet as well as an amazing artwork, the pictures look somehow fake yet so real. Leichtmatrose \u201cGestrandet\u201d (ordinary seaman aground) is a very interesting and new album.<\/p>\n\n\n
