Back in Finland and back to the shows. Tonight Nosturi was the place to be. Maj Karma was playing there with Wiidakko, two Finnish bands singing in Finnish only. The venue was not very crowded, the upstairs was partially closed.

\nWiidakko is a band from Lahti founded in 2003. Their music is having a somewhat psychedelic sound but still very rocking. The guys of the band still seemed quite young but they were putting up a gorgeous show. The songs were very melodic, great to sway and dance along, sometimes even to sing along. The singer talked a lot with the audience, they didn\u2019t reply much though. But everybody seemed to enjoy it though. The band was enjoying their show, dancing and moving along to the sound on stage. I enjoyed the band a lot and I will try keeping an eye on them.<\/p>\n

Next was Maj Karma, another Finnish band singing in Finnish, founded in Harjavalta in 1992. On the vocals you have Herra Ylpp\u00f6 who also has some solo albums released. Maj Karma has 7 studio albums released so far. Their music is rock with some punk and psychedelic elements. They played all their hit singles like Ukkonen, Attentaatti and Rukous. It was a little bit more crowded now, more people were dancing and especially singing along. The band used a lot of fog on stage. The singer played a lot with the audience and there was a nice connection between them. He talked quite a lot with them and got reactions. The audience loved the band, and the band enjoyed playing here at Nosturi tonight on this Christmas day. The audience cheered after every song and wanted an encore. Maj Karma gave it to them. The band was in some sort of ecstasy while playing and you could tell that this music is coming with passion. Especially at the hits the audience shouted along very loud. Since this is Finland and it was Christmas there was no mosh pit going on though.<\/p>\n
