No photo pit but totally crowded: The Negative show in Frankfurt was the complete contrast to the one in Erfurt. The venue was full way before the bands began to play, but several people from Erfurt were at this show as well. Since there was no photo pit I had to squish up front and fight for a spot and room to work. Not all fans were as understanding and helpful, but luckily I found a nice spot with nice people around so it was not that hard. Yet did the pushing from behind already begin with the first band.

\nSubstyle were opening again, same set list same sound as in Erfurt. So yet another opening act with something missing. I have to add here though that in Karlsruhe (where I was \u201cin private\u201d so no pictures and review from this show, only a ticket!) they finally turned up the volume of the singer, so it sounded a little bit better. But back to the show in Frankfurt: I found that the curly guitar player had a great voice but unfortunately didn\u2019t sing as much, maybe he should sing more\u2026 Many of the Negative fans in the audience enjoyed their show so, others simply got used to it during all the shows they attended on this tour.<\/p>\n

At around eight Negative finally entered the stage. Everybody was cheering, screaming, pushing forward and getting out their digital cameras to take pictures. It was funny to look at the displays of these digital cameras because most fans had the same scene displayed there. The set list was like the one last time, Jonne played the beginning of the first song on acoustic guitar again and also played \u201cWish You Were Here\u201d on acoustic guitar later on. He talked a lot to the audience and got them cheer a lot, especially as he talked about the old dinosaurs in rock business: They will end soon, and Negative will be the new dinosaurs in the business. The fans in Frankfurt agreed on this big time. The band was just as energetic as the audience, jumped around a lot and enjoyed every second of the show. This gig was great and according to the band also the best on this tour so far.<\/p>\n
