Slim Cessna ‘s Auto Club is releasing a new album. It goes by the name \u201cKinnery of Lupercalia; Buell Legion\u201d and it is available now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
What is exactly Slim Cessna’s Auto Club is one thing we are still wondering after listening to this product a bunch of times. We hear a combination of Country, Post Punk and Goth . All layered up in a somewhat unusual shape where you really need to take a moment to grasp all that. It is not music that you soak in easily yet, it does have a catchy vibe over it. It’s a celebration of all that captivated them. A way to bring the lyrics that is sometimes comical despite the meaning in it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Track \u201cIchnabod\u201d for example has a religious reference to it if you care to hear it, whereas album closer \u201cTosspa & Tosspa\u2019s Twin\u201d is a track that gives you a totally different feel. The band goes into a darker mood here and still provide something to nod your head to at the bare minimum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Slim Cessna album has a feel of live over it. A band you want to see live to gather the whole experience. But it must be said that they have found a way to bring it all in such a way that the album comes as good close second for as an experience. Not all bands can bring it in such a way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
