The long wait is over and we can finally listen to the new album of Sexydeath called \u201cUnbruja\u201d. Sexydeath is an industrial project from Sweden founded by Alex Frejrud.
\n
\nThe album is very electronic and very danceable. Some of songs on the \u201cUnbruja\u201d promo EP differ quite a lot from the versions on the album. \u201cUnbruja\u201d is great for clubs with its beats, rythms and captivating songs that make your mind drift away. There is lots of voice distortion and interesting samples.<\/p>\n

\u201cA Chemical Rabbit\u201d begins with harsh guitar riffs, a fast song with a melody that makes you move along. The song \u201cBloody Spells\u201d is a fast and very danceable song. It somehow brings pictures from the movie Queen of the Damned in my mind, and the chorus somehow reminds me of Murderdolls or Deathstars. \u201cMy Witch Is Gone\u201d is featuring Henry Lee Roots from Sonic Roots, a great song. \u201cSins So Dirty\u201d includes melodic guitar riffs and captivates you with its nice melody. \u201cBeautiful Disaster\u201d is more electronic than on the sampler, the lyrics are easy to memorize.<\/p>\n

The layout of the new album, as well as the included pictures are held very dark and mystic with little things to discover when you take a closer look at it. There is a lot of work put into this album and the outcome of it was worth the long wait. A great album, great artwork and a great band. Stay sexy!<\/p>\n\n\n
