\u00a0 IAMX is on tour right now, he will even play in the USA in November, and I got
\n\u00a0 to see him on this tour. I have seen IAMX before, last year, and I was so amazed
\n\u00a0 by Chris Corner’s (the singer) style, voice and way of performance, I just had
\n\u00a0 to go to see him again this year.
\n\u00a0 They played at O25 in Frankfurt. It was quite full, many people were already
\n\u00a0 waiting outside before the doors opened, but it was not sold out, as far as
\n\u00a0 I know. <\/p>\n

\u00a0 Their opening act was Khoiba from the Czech Republic. One girl as singer and
\n\u00a0 two guys playing guitar, bass, doing the programming and so on. They played
\n\u00a0 for only about 40 minutes and sounded a lot like Bj\u00f6rk.
\n\u00a0 They played:
\n<\/strong>\u00a0 Taste it
\n\u00a0 Mellowdrama
\n\u00a0 Me and my victory
\n\u00a0 Trace errant
\n\u00a0 Pathetic
\n\u00a0 Tortourism<\/p>\n

\u00a0 Up next was supposed to be IAMX, but the beamer broke down so we had to wait
\n\u00a0 an hour before they could start. That is enough time to tell you about IAMX:
\n\u00a0 IAMX is the solo musical project of Chris Corner from Sneaker Pimps. Berlin’s
\n\u00a0 IAMX is an event – a full-on aural and visual attack with the dynamic and inimitable
\n\u00a0 and just gorgeous Chris Corner. I guess you could put it into the indie\/electronic
\n\u00a0 genre, very melodic and captivating. Chris has repeatedly said that IAMX is
\n\u00a0 very different from his actual, real-life personality and is a kind of quasi
\n\u00a0 “act”. He captivates you in no time and you will become addicted.
\n\u00a0 That is guaranteed!!! His style is just gorgeous, let me try to describe it
\n\u00a0 to you. He wore these high boots that you know from these old pilgrims witch
\n\u00a0 hunt\/halloween movies, you know, these black ones with the heels. Then he wore
\n\u00a0 tight dark pants, (tuck inside of the boots of course) and a nice black shirt,
\n\u00a0 a broad glittery yellow belt and a cylinder-like hat with a yellow feather.
\n\u00a0 Underneath his left eye he had these big glitter dots, really cute. All in the
\n\u00a0 colors of the latest album “The Alternative” which are black and yellow.
\n\u00a0 Gorgeous. All yellow was also the female keyboarder and backing vocalist. She
\n\u00a0 wore a really short yellow dress, gorgeous make-up and hair-do. Further did
\n\u00a0 Chris have a bass player and a drummer on stage with him. They performed for
\n\u00a0 about an hour with so much energy and power, the sweat was running.He has not
\n\u00a0 only the looks but also a very gorgeous voice!!! The crowd was amazed, cheering
\n\u00a0 very loud and very much, singing and dancing along. The band was playing with
\n\u00a0 the crowd, getting close to them and animating them to clap and jump and just
\n\u00a0 act along. They played an encore which was way too short for me, but oh well,
\n\u00a0 I will see them again soon. Fact is, I have to get the album now!!!! I can’t
\n\u00a0 live without it anymore and waiting for the next show is getting harder. I AM
\n\u00a0 amazed of IAMX. Just gorgeous, and as I said, it’s guaranteed to get addicted
\n\u00a0 to Chris<\/p>\n
