This year Static Age released their new EP “Mercies”, coming with five songs. The American guys from Chicago played with bands like AFI, The Explosion, The Bronx and many others. Predestined to be liked with this kind of resume. But not only the hard facts are convincing. From the very first second when pressing play the music convinces as well.
Hard to put into one genre Static Age fits to many. The music is catchy and thriving. Easy to get stuck in your head and heart you want to listen to the five songs over and over again. Three albums and an EP were released prior to “Mercies EP” so Static Age are no newbies to music. And yet it sounds fresh and new. Somewhere between Anberlin and All-American Rejects you can find Static Age. But make up your own mind about them and check our their five song release “Mercies EP”.
