Need2destroy is a German formation making Crossover Metal. The band released an EP before but is now ready for the release of a full length album. It is called “Show” and it is available now.

The guys waste no time introduce some vehemence in their album, quick to the point, but make sure you don’t judge them too fast, going through their tracklist you may come across some variation. Looking further into different genres they blend the while together to what makes up their own face. Some Punk, some Groove, a bit more of Nu Metal. It sometimes is a bit chaotic but when finding that red thread you will start to enjoy it more. The playfulness is coming from their guitarist you will find back in most songs, sometimes you may hear a bit too much repeat in it. But, thinking of bands like Skindred, Faith No More you get a good image of what the guys are about.

Point that the guys could improve on are the production. The idea behind this is interesting but maybe taking this up to another level would give them just that international allure that now is not quite there yet. It feels the album does not reach its full potential now. This however it sounds a bit black we mean in positive way. The album is interesting to listen too, the music is refreshing, the guys obviously find their own face. Just that it could have benefited the details that are so much making up that face could have been given some more highlight.
