Frank Turner is an English folk singer-songwriter from Meonstoke, Hampshire. He began his career as the vocalist of post-hardcore band Million Dead, then embarked upon a primarily acoustic-based solo career following the band’s split in 2005. In the studio and during live performances, Turner is accompanied by his backing band, The Sleeping Souls, which consists of Ben Lloyd (guitar, mandolin), Tarrant Anderson (bass), Matt Nasir (piano, mandolin) and Nigel Powell (drums).
This is the seventh full length studio album of Frank Turner and it goes by the name of “Be More Kind”. Each song is telling a story. Sometimes about politics or environment, sometimes about life itself. So the lyrics are sure worth listening to closely. The melodies are just as impressive. With the catchy rhythms, this album will get you hooked instantly. Slow and faster songs are taking turns. But each song will catch your attention. Whether it is the chorus or a catchy bridge that is grabbing your mind and not letting go. The music of Frank Turner sounds pure and honest. And let me tell you: It sure is.
So get your copy of “Be More Kind”, the brand new album by Frank Turner, and listen to it. Over and over and over again.
