Formed in 2001 these boys from Welsh have released seven full length studio album with the last one being released this January. It was called “Chapter And Verse”. Throughout these years Funeral For a Friend has risen to quite some fame amongst hardcore and punk fans. Intense touring and catchy songs made Funeral For A Friend be known throughout the music industry. And now, they came back with a gift for their fans.

It has been almost exactly ten years ago that the guys released their album “Hours”. So today, they decided to play a show dedicated to this album. Playing each and every single song that “Hours” has to offer. But that is not enough. They would also record that show and release it for everybody else who could not be at the show. So here it is. “Hours – Live at Islington Academy”. Sixteen songs with a duration of almost seventy minutes is what you can expect of this live album. In the background you can hear the cheering audience while the band is playing passionately, filled with energy. Energized by the audience and energizing the audience. A cycle. Lasting for an hour. The album includes songs that Funeral For A Friend has never performed live, this makes the album even more special.
