So that house tonight at Schlachthof. A whole lot of people came out to see three awesome bands.

First band of the night was Pop Evil. Pop Evil is an American rock band that was formed in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 2001 by Leigh Kakaty. The music of the long haired guys was very catchy and got everyone going along. The voice of the singer was very emotional and clear while the music was strong and ass kicking. The touch of metal in their music added the final touch and made the sound perfect. You could tell the guys were absolutely passionate about their music and the audience highly appreciated it. The music went deep underneath your skin and made you feel what Pop Evil was trying to brig across in their songs. The twenty minutes of performance made you crave for more. So make sure to check them out. Pop Evil are still out on the road supporting Five Finger Death Punch.

Up next was Upon A Burning Body. Upon a Burning Body is a death core band from Guadalajara, Mexico. The five guys were all wearing suits with the same logo on the chest. So they looked pretty neat while playing heavy music. With shouted vocals and heavy pounding on the drums along with the double kick and rough guitar riffs the music caused a huge mosh pit that eventually turned into a circle pit along the way. The songs of Upon A Burning Body were thriving and energizing. The guys did not talk much between the songs but they sure rocked out during the songs, playing with the audience, posing and appreciating the awesome reception of the audience. Unlike other death core bands Upon A Burning Body spread quite some positive vibes through their music. This band was a positive surprise this evening.

Now it was time for the main act of the night.Five Finger Death Punch (also initialized as FFDP or 5FDP) is an American heavy metal band from Las Vegas, Nevada. Formed in 2005, the group’s name is derived from classic martial arts cinema. The latests single release is called “House Of The Rising Sun”.

Five Finger Death Punch let the audience await for long before they finally entered the stage. As they finally entered the stage it was something between insanity and total excitement that drove the band through their performance. The singer made extreme facial expressions of all kinds, so did all the other band members – just not that extreme. The guys moved around on stage, never stopping, never standing still. The singer established a strong relationship with the audience by signing the stuff they threw up on stage or taking pictures with them, shaking hands of everyone that ended up in the pit after crowd surfing.

Five Finger Death Punch played songs off all their albums. The intense and catchy rock music was perfected by the amazingly strong vocals of the singer. Wether he was shouting or singing quietly he hit each and every note and added his pure emotions into them. Listening to Ivan’s voice while singing let you catch a deep look into his heart. Five Finger Death Punch put up an extremely intense show. Make sure to check out the guys when they play nearby.
